Anna is a food freedom and body image coach committed to helping people break free from dieting/food restriction and make peace with their bodies. In March 2019, Anna graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and received her training to become a recovery coach shortly after. During high school and college, she suffered from anorexia, bulimia, and orthorexia. After a long journey through recovery, she knew helping others struggling with food and body image issues was her passion and decided to start her own coaching business, Anna Wegner Coaching. With her knowledge in movement, nutrition, and recovery, Anna combines her expertise to help others move their body and eat in a nurturing and compassionate manner. She’s hosted several webinars about having a healthy relationship with food, led book clubs and group coaching, and is always working with 1:1 clients to transform their lives.
Anna was born in beautiful Bellingham, WA and now lives in Tacoma, WA. When she’s not being a workaholic, you can find her running the beautiful PNW trails, cooking from scratch, or surfing at the icy cold beaches of Washington.
Gwen believes every person has the power to make positive change in the world, and that’s why she has dedicated her career to teaching people about sustainability. Two years ago, she earned a degree from Western Washington University in Business & Sustainability, with a focus in Entrepreneurship. While earning her degree she worked in the Office of Sustainability as the Zero Waste Coordinator, founded WWU Students for Zero Waste, hosted countless workshops and presented at local and national conferences, completed a corporate internship on a sustainability team, and launched her own business as a sustainability consultant. When COVID hit, Gwen lost her job as the Recycling Coordinator for Santa Monica College, so while she started the job hunt she also launched a side gig: Sustainability Coaching, helping folks one-on-one to achieve their goals for making the world a better place.
Gwen is proudly born and raised in Leavenworth, WA and now lives in Santa Monica, CA. She loves to surf, eat tacos, and she’s obsessed with her pit bull puppy… Nugget.

Serafima's personal mission statement is "to surround herself with people who inspire and be a force for good".

She wants to help you understand that you got it. What ever “it” is… you have it. She is deeply passionate about the power of young women to change the world. Serafima was in an all-girls classroom for most of her schooling and there she noticed something fascinating: despite the talk of female empowerment and independence, there was little action to educate girls on how to tangibly achieve their dreams. Smart and passionate women and girls aren’t taught how to harness their knowledge, skills, abilities, and assets as forces of actionable change or autonomy. She wants to unravel unhealthy habits perpetuated by traditional systems and messaging around female independence. She works with young women build resilient, healthy, independent and holistic lives.
Her superpowers lie in coaching, creativity, confidence, systems thinking, design thinking, human centered design, and entrepreneurship. And when she's not thinking about how young women will change the world, she's playing with her band, daydreaming about travel, or eating ice cream with her best friends.
